If I had to go on a healthy eating plan that didn't include carbs, I wouldn't survive. The current eating schedule I am on is all about the kilojoule deficit. How much is going in versus how much energy are you putting out?
Currently, thanks to the help of Regine du Plessis, and her book 'A slimmer you', I now have a better understanding of portion control and how many kilojoules I should be consuming in a day.
