Yesterday was my birthday party and when I host a party, I like to go big!
My gorgeous birthday cake was baked and decorated by the talented Sam Rouse. Seriously, if you ever need a cake, she is the lady to get hold of. Her number is (083) 4157868. She made our wedding cake too!
I asked for an "ice cream melting" cake which is all the rage on Pinterest right now!
I also made some cocktails. Here are my two most favourite recipes:
Blue Lagoon
2L lemonade
4 tots vodka
4 tots curaçao
Mix and serve with lots of ice!
Cosmo
3 cups cranberry juice
1 cup lime cordial
1 cup vodka
Shake and enjoy!
